Shimmy, Shimmy, Shimmy!
This workshop is all about shimmies! Hip shimmies, shoulder shimmies, leg shimmies… and more! With unique conditioning exercises and drills, be ready to have fun and sweat. Each shimmy will be broken down, drilled and put info fun combinations.
All levels are welcome, but some bellydance experience is ideal.

In this workshop you will learn combinations of travelling steps, beautiful spins and dynamic directional changes. We will work on turn technique and bellydance stylization that will swoop away your audience.
A must-do for dancers of all levels!
